Nonetheless, I'm pleased that you chose to share this with your readers. Leary did a lot of important work, none of which is diminished by others' opinions of his politics or his lifestyle. Uh, you did know that he was, prior to his career as prophet of psychedelia, a full professor at Harvard University?
